Raleigh NC

Raleigh was established as the capital of North Carolina in 1792. It is known as the 'City of Oaks' for its many oak trees.

The population of Raleigh is about 400,000 making it north Carolina's second largest city.

Downtown Raleigh contains the historic Capitol Building as well as the state History, Natural Science and Art museums. Historic Oakwood is a neighborhood of beautifully preserved historic homes.

Raleigh has numerous parks and open spaces including Wm. Bumstead State Park with its lakes and miles of walking/biking trails. The RBC Center is home to the Carolina Hurricanes of the NHL  and the NC State University basketball team. Adjacent to the RBC Center is Carter Finley Stadium, home to NC State Woolpack football.

Homes in Raleigh range from affordable town homes and condos to million dollar historic homes. The best homes often sell almost as soon as they come onto the market. My Raleigh HomeAlert system will put you ahead of the game. Just e-mail me with your requirements (price range, #beds, #baths, etc) and as soon as a new home comes to the market in Raleigh, or a price changes, you will receive an e-mail telling you about it. The service is totally free, with no obligation and you can cancel it at any time.
